The product is not as expected. What can I do?
Variations in shape, colour and texture can occur due to the nature of the material and the manufacturing process. These characteristics may vary from batch to batch, depending for example on the place in the oven. We consider these small deviations to be something positive, which contributes to the uniqueness and beauty of our products.
How do I maintain my ceramics?
You can simply treat and clean the ceramics as you normally would. The only exception is for the products with Crackle and Antique and Kikko coating. These should not be washed in the dishwasher to prevent cracking.
Are the Zero Japan products dishwasher- and microwave safe?
The possibility to use a product in the dishwasher- and microwave is described in each individual product description.
