We offer free shipping for orders over 75 euros to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Monaco, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, and Switzerland.
UK and Norway
Due to legislation, we are currently unable to deliver products directly to customers in the UK and Norway. However, within both the UK and Norway, we have an extensive network of reliable resellers who are happy to help you get your desired products. Send us a message with the region you live in and the items you would like, and we will try to help you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Procedure
All orders are shipped after receipt of payment. Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. J-PORT cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us or for giving your authorization for goods to be left in a safe place with our courier.
Shipment within EU countries is free of import duties. For other countries, import duties are applicable as required, and payable by the receiver of the order.
In very rare circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavors to meet the timescales of your delivery, we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and, therefore, cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.
We will not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud.
