EU and Switzerland

We offer free shipping on orders over €75 to the following countries:
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Monaco, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, and Switzerland.

Orders within the European Union are delivered without import duties.

For Switzerland, local import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom and Norway

Due to current import regulations and customs handling for consumer shipments, we are unable to deliver orders directly to customers in the United Kingdom and Norway.

ZERO JAPAN products are available through selected retail partners in both regions. Please refer to our Retail Partners page to find a retailer near you.

Shipping Procedure

All orders are shipped after receipt of payment and will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your address details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

We do not deliver to forwarding addresses or PO boxes.

For countries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
